什么是精密机械加工
并不是所有材质都适合用精密零件加工,对于金属材料来说,硬度依次排序为不锈钢、铸铁、铜、铝。而陶瓷和塑料等的加工是属于非金属材料的加工。限于加工机件的硬度要求,在某些场合来说材料是硬度值越高越好,但是加工的材料也不能过于太硬,否则无法进行加工的。所以要根据加工的器件的作用来对机件合理选材,一般的场合,材质最好是软硬适中比较适用。
