非标批量高效的钻铣床夹具
这是一种批量高效率钻孔或铣槽用的夹具，不但可以钻一般单孔，也可以钻多个相同度数或不同度数的孔，一次装夹，转位快捷准确；还可钻偏孔，钻锥面孔或加斜垫钻与锥面垂直的孔。也可用来在外圆上铣平面或槽，在端面铣位置槽等。此图是卧式的。

按此原理，改变一下座体形状和后面手轮结构，就变成立式，不但可以在钻床上钻圆周孔（如法兰孔）和位置孔，还可以铣位置槽或正多边形，或非正多边形。

由于可装钻模，加工的孔的精度较高，分度盘采用楔形定位，压簧压紧，分度精度较高，分度盘精度出现误差修正简单方便，而且可以修正到较高的位置精度。我们厂有很多使用了多年的高效夹具，可以说都是设计很成熟的夹具了。可惜的是我没留图纸，凭记忆画此图时发现，几乎等于从新设计了一遍，真的劳不起那个神了。
