Non-standard mechanical parts are a process in which the shape, size and function of the workpiece are changed by processing machinery. According to the temperature condition of the workpiece being processed, it can be divided into cold working and hot working. It is usually processed at room temperature without causing chemical or physical changes in the workpiece, called cold working. Usually above or below the normal temperature conditions of processing, will cause changes in the chemical or physical phase of the workpiece, called hot processing. Cold processing can be divided into cutting and press processing according to the different processing methods. Hot working is often heat treated, calcined, cast and welded.
