设计时我们都有这种体会，选用国标的零部件比我们自己设计要节省很多时间，选用企业自己的标准化的零部件道理也是一样的。因为标准化的零部件已经是公司内部成熟的产品，所以也节省了后续的工艺、加工和装配的时间。

标准化可以提高产品的互换性。如果为客户提供的生产线上很多设备都含有某种易损的通用的零件或者部件，那么客户不需要每一台设备都要备件，这样就节省了维护、保养费用。通用化的程度越高，那么效果也越明显。
