It can also drill the hole, the drill cone face or the hole with the taper vertical. It can also be used to milling plane or groove on the outer circle, milling the slot on the end surface. 按此原理，改变一下座体形状和后面手轮结构，就变成立式，不但可以在钻床上钻圆周孔（如法兰孔）和位置孔，还可以铣位置槽或正多边形，或非正多边形。

此图用的是涨簧，涨夹零件的内孔。要夹零件的外圆，使用的是夹簧，结构简单些，拉杆和夹簧是一体的。

由于可装钻模，加工的孔的精度较高，分度盘采用楔形定位，压簧压紧，分度精度较高，分度盘精度出现误差修正简单方便，而且可以修正到较高的位置精度。我们厂有很多使用了多年的高效夹具，可以说都是设计很成熟的夹具了。可惜的是我没留图纸，凭记忆画此图时发现，几乎等于从新设计了一遍，真的劳不起那个神了。
