| 数控机床代表了一个国家机床生产的技术水平。体现国家装备工业的实力，关系到国家的核心竞争力。决定着装备工业的技术水平和整个国民经济发展的现代化水平。我国是世界第一机床消费大国，2005年我国国内机床消费量达到108亿美元，进口各种机床约65亿美元；其中进口数控机床37135台，金额44.71亿美元。我国的数控机床产业经过“十一五”的高速发展期，目前年产量已大步跨越至6万台，但简单的经济型数控机床占到近70％，高中档数控机床几乎全部依赖进口，结构矛盾依然突出。为此，“十一五”期间我国数控机床业的突破重点是：发展大型、精密、高速数控装备和数控系统及功能部件，改变大型、高精度数控机床大部分依赖进口的现状。力争通过加快产业和产品结构的大规模调整，到“十一五”末实现：国产数控机床占国内需求市场的比重从现在的不足30％上升至50％以上，国产数控机床采用自己的功能部件达到60％以上。 The numerical control machine represents the technical level of the production of a national machine tool. To this end, during the period of "11th five-year plan" is the breakthrough point of nc machine tool industry of our country: the development of large, precision, high speed CNC equipment and CNC system and features, large change, high precision nc machine tools most dependent on imports of the status quo. By speeding up industry and large-scale adjustment of product structure, to achieve at the end of the period of "11th five-year plan" : home-made numerical control machine tools accounted for the proportion of domestic demand in the market, up from less than 30% now to 50% above, home-made numerical control machine using their own features of 60% or more. |
