Non-standard mechanical parts is a kind of workpiece dimension or the function of processing machinery change process. According to the temperature condition of the processed workpiece, it can be divided into cold working and hot working. It is usually processed at room temperature and does not cause chemical or physical change of the workpiece, which is called cold processing. Usually processing at or below the normal temperature will cause chemical or physical change of the workpiece, which is called hot working. Cold processing can be divided into cutting and press processing according to the different processing methods. Hot working is often done by heat treatment, calcining, casting and welding. |
